"Katha"- the name simply means, "story" in Hindi. It conjures up different emotions across people of all ages, from a sacred, divine feeling for the old when listening to the epic scriptures to a sparkle in the eyes of a young child hearing his favorite folklore. Story-telling is a very powerful medium that has been used for centuries to pass along culture, traditions and basic beliefs. Film-making is an improvised art form of story-telling, and we believe that we have interesting stories to share. Our tales will intrigue, interest and entertain others. In pursuit of our passion, we decided to form this group of story-tellers called "Katha".
